Project Description

The design was for  a woodland walk which leads to a seating area that our clients can enjoy in the Summer months to escape the hot weather.

The area needed 12 tonnes of soil improver and 20 tonne bags of bark. The planting was chosen for the soil type, aspect and all year-round interest. Betula trees were added for their white bark and under planted with Cornus for Winter interest.  Ferns, Euphorbia, Anemones and Foxgloves were added to the borders to provide a mixture of colours along with Stipa, Sedum and Salvia in the sunnier of spots.
