Project Description
Entertaining friends and family was the main brief for this blank canvas garden in Ingatestone. Our clients wanted a garden with a journey and somewhere they could catch the last of the evening sun.
The patio laid with porcelain paving leads from the house to an outdoor kitchen area and pergola and dining space.
The resin bound pathways lead from the house and pergola through the garden to a circular decking area positioned perfectly to catch the longed for evening sun and then on to a secret area at the end of the garden to sit and relax at any time of the day. The garden also has a custom built garden room which makes the most an awkward space.
Three multi-stem Betula sit in the far corner to brighten a dull area and the rest of the planting consists of easy to care for grasses, Irises, Peonies and Salvia, Agapanthus and Nepeta all in purples and whites.
